We as a WORLD wants the freedom to do anything we want, be with who we want to be with, travel and live wherever we want and marry whomever we want. We as a PEOPLE should have that right. I as an OFFICIANT want to grant those wishes to those that want their rights honored. Under God we don’t judge. It is my duty.
To apply for a green card through marriage, you and your spouse will need to submit a variety of documents, including:
-Application forms: Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and Form I-485
-Proof of identity: Photo ID such as a passport, driver's license, or military ID
-Proof of citizenship: Proof of U.S. citizenship for the sponsoring spouse
-Proof of legal entry: Proof of legal entry into the U.S. for the foreign spouse, such as a passport stamp or visa
-Proof of marriage: A legal marriage certificate and evidence of the marriage's legitimacy, such as photographs, joint bank account statements, or insurance policies
-Proof of termination of previous marriages: If either spouse was married previously, you will also need to submit proof of termination of previous marriages, typically divorce decrees or death certificate
-Other documents: Proof of valid nonimmigrant status, Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, and a sealed I-693 Form
You and your spouse will also need to appear for a Green Card Interview at a local USCIS field office. You should bring both originals and copies of all documents, document translations if necessary, and a passport valid for at least six months. The U.S. government requires applicants to prove that their marriage is not fraudulent and that it is bona-fide.
The U.S. will be under new administration January 2025. Pure Timeless Unions is here to support and help. Please visit the U.S. Citizen and immigration Services for more information.
